Speaker Bio(s):

Mandy Spivey is an SAP Product Support Engineer in the SAP Digital Business Services organization. She currently supports products under the User Experience (UX) solutions area and has been part of SAP’s Product Support team since 2013. In addition to providing technical support, Mandy also works closely with customers to assist in escalations and provide upskilling and training sessions in regards to Next Generation Support and how to effectively work with Product Support.

Sejal Patel is an SAP Product Support Engineer in the SAP Digital Business Services organization. She currently supports products under the User Experience (UX) solutions area and has been part of SAP’s Product Support team since 2011. In addition to providing technical support, she also works as a customer success manager for our Mobile Secure customers, providing guidance, training and coaching. She works closely with customers to assist in escalations, provides upskilling and training sessions in regards to Next Generation Support and how to effectively work with Product Support.
