To deploy mobile enablement to field crews successfully takes careful consideration across a range of disciplines, and a nuanced understanding of the unique process and technical challenges presented by mobile platforms.  Snohomish PUD successfully deployed SAP Work Manager to distribution field crews for mobile work order dispatch and completion.  This session will discuss the special approach required from the start in system and process design, technical design, and change management.
