  • Dis­cuss gov­er­nance, exec­u­tive engage­ment, test­ing, and change man­age­ment prac­tices that con­tributed to a suc­cess­ful implementation. 
  • Share lessons learned — includ­ing what worked well, unex­pect­ed chal­lenges, and what the team would approach differently. 
  • High­light post-Sap­phire inno­va­tions and con­sid­er­a­tions for pub­lic sec­tor orga­ni­za­tions plan­ning or advanc­ing their SAP mod­ern­iza­tion journey. 

Joined by SAP experts and mem­bers of the ASUG Com­mu­ni­ty, this con­ver­sa­tion will pro­vide prac­ti­cal insights for pub­lic sec­tor orga­ni­za­tions prepar­ing for, exe­cut­ing, or opti­miz­ing their SAP S/4HANA jour­ney through real-world expe­ri­ences and peer discussion.
