To support a corporate split into three separate entities, United Technologies Corporation “cloned and cleansed” its SAP software systems. Using a rapid, phased approach, the company set up three new independent treasury operations with secure data management to accelerate finance transformation, protect data privacy, and ensure smooth operations and compliance.
