To sup­port a cor­po­rate split into three sep­a­rate enti­ties, Unit­ed Tech­nolo­gies Cor­po­ra­tion ​“cloned and cleansed” its SAP soft­ware sys­tems. Using a rapid, phased approach, the com­pa­ny set up three new inde­pen­dent trea­sury oper­a­tions with secure data man­age­ment to accel­er­ate finance trans­for­ma­tion, pro­tect data pri­va­cy, and ensure smooth oper­a­tions and compliance.
