ASUG Col­lec­tive is ded­i­cat­ed to pro­mot­ing equi­ty and pro­vid­ing resources for all mem­bers of ASUG. While some tech­nol­o­gy-focused groups high­light dis­par­i­ties with­in the indus­try, our inclu­sive and sup­port­ive envi­ron­ment aims to bridge the gap.

ASUG Col­lec­tive stands on four foun­da­tion­al pil­lars — edu­ca­tion, resources, com­mu­ni­ty, and oppor­tu­ni­ties — to fos­ter diver­si­ty and inclu­siv­i­ty, facil­i­tate pro­fes­sion­al growth, empow­er the devel­op­ment of lead­er­ship skills, and mod­el effec­tive ally­ship among SAP tech­nol­o­gy professionals.

Through in-per­son net­work­ing ses­sions, vir­tu­al com­mu­ni­ty con­ver­sa­tions, and addi­tion­al ASUG insights, all ASUG mem­bers are invit­ed to join the con­ver­sa­tion to pur­sue a more equi­table future in the tech­nol­o­gy industry.
