Abstract: L3 Tech­nolo­gies set out to cre­ate a cul­ture of con­tin­u­ous improve­ment. In this ses­sion, we’ll share some of the lessons learned by aug­ment­ing busi­ness process­es with: An inte­grat­ed com­mu­ni­ca­tions pack­age, social col­lab­o­ra­tion with Microsoft Share­Point and Atlass­ian Con­flu­ence, and embed­ded ana­lyt­ics with SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects Web Intel­li­gence soft­ware and SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects Lumi­ra soft­ware.  How do we mea­sure and mile­stone change?  What dis­tin­guish­es valu­able projects from those that gen­er­ate direct bud­get impact?  How can tools and reports from SAP Soft­ware dri­ve process innovation?
