Peo­ple Ana­lyt­ics is becom­ing a pri­or­i­ty as orga­ni­za­tions seek to mea­sure the impact their employ­ees (and con­trac­tors) have on the bot­tom line. There are many things to con­sid­er, includ­ing how to cap­ture the data, which met­rics and KPIs to use, and most impor­tant­ly how to get start­ed. This forum will address these con­cerns as orga­ni­za­tions trav­el along the matu­ri­ty curve from sim­ply gath­er­ing and report­ing on infor­ma­tion to pre­dic­tive and pre­scrip­tive ana­lyt­ics.
