Tom Weeks is Direc­tor of Client Solu­tions at Arbin­ger. He is a cer­ti­fied Arbin­ger facil­i­ta­tor and has expe­ri­ence in dri­ving suc­cess­ful trans­for­ma­tion both as a facil­i­ta­tor and coach in a large tech­ni­cal orga­ni­za­tion and through imple­men­ta­tion of the Arbin­ger mate­r­i­al as an exec­u­tive man­ag­ing a glob­al IT team. Tom has over 20 years expe­ri­ence in IT and dig­i­tal tech­nol­o­gy as a busi­ness own­er, con­sul­tant, and in exec­u­tive man­age­ment help­ing orga­ni­za­tions tack­le tech­nol­o­gy prob­lems through a com­bi­na­tion of sol­id deliv­ery, effec­tive process, and focused team build­ing. He has a pas­sion for help­ing build effec­tive orga­ni­za­tions that deliv­er out­stand­ing results in every way. He has worked with many teams and has seen first hand the pos­i­tive impact of the Out­ward Mind­set on pro­duc­tiv­i­ty and over­all orga­ni­za­tion­al effectiveness.
