The ASUG SAP Solu­tion Man­ag­er Influ­ence Coun­cil mem­bers with valid non-dis­clo­sure agree­ments (NDAs) are cor­dial­ly invit­ed to join Marc Thi­er, Head of Cus­tomer Expe­ri­ence & Solu­tions, for a 1‑hour inter­ac­tive strat­e­gy and feed­back ses­sion on SAP’s Appli­ca­tion Life­cy­cle Man­age­ment strat­e­gy.

Marc Thi­er, Head of Cus­tomer Expe­ri­ence & Solu­tions, SAP
Marc Thi­er joined SAP in 1993. He held var­i­ous posi­tions in cus­tomer sup­port and led the region­al tech­nol­o­gy Cen­ter of Excel­lence in EMEA before tak­ing a glob­al role as Senior Vice Pres­i­dent for SAP Solu­tion Man­ag­er.
Marc leads solu­tion man­age­ment and roll­out to cus­tomers and part­ners for Appli­ca­tion Life­cy­cle Man­age­ment (ALM) on premise and cloud. Prod­ucts for ALM include SAP Solu­tion Man­ag­er, Focused Solu­tions and the new SaaS solu­tions for ALM. Marc received his degree in busi­ness edu­ca­tion and com­put­er sci­ence in 1993 at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Mannheim.

The objec­tive of this ASUG Influ­ence Coun­cil is to iden­ti­fy, pri­or­i­tize, and ampli­fy ASUG mem­ber feed­back to dri­ve enhance­ments and shape the future devel­op­ment of SAP appli­ca­tion life­cy­cle man­age­ment (ALM) solu­tions, pri­mar­i­ly SAP Solu­tion Man­ag­er but also SAP Cloud ALM. It’s open to cus­tomers and part­ners who are cur­rent users or pre­vi­ous users of SAP Solu­tion Man­ag­er and/​or SAP Cloud ALM. It meets month­ly on the third Thurs­day at 2:30 p.m. CT. Mem­bers inter­est­ed in join­ing this Influ­ence Coun­cil should email influence@​asug.​com to get started. 

To best ampli­fy and col­lect mem­ber feed­back, SAP has cre­at­ed pri­vate work­spaces on Influ​ence​.SAP​.com, where ASUG mem­bers can sub­mit improve­ment requests and vote to pri­or­i­tize enhance­ments.
