Improv­ing a Finan­cial Company’s Busi­ness Process­es with SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects Pre­dic­tive Analytics

Many busi­ness­es today are using pre­dic­tive ana­lyt­ics algo­rithms to deter­mine which cus­tomers are the right ones to tar­get for their mar­ket­ing cam­paigns. This six-part webi­nar series will demon­strate in detail the end to end pre­dic­tive process of how SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects Pre­dic­tive Ana­lyt­ics can imple­ment such a sce­nario by going over the whole pre­dic­tive process start­ing with data prepa­ra­tion, pre­dic­tive mod­el­ing, the oper­a­tional­iza­tion of pre­dic­tive mod­els, and con­sump­tion of pre­dic­tive results with SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects Lumi­ra and SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects Cloud. 

The exam­ple sce­nario used in this webi­nar series takes place in a bank that is aim­ing to increase the adop­tion of their trav­el cred­it cards. The Mar­ket­ing Man­ag­er of this bank has decid­ed to launch a new mar­ket­ing cam­paign to attract cus­tomers in apply­ing for the trav­el cred­it card. As part of the cam­paign prepa­ra­tion process, the Mar­ket­ing Man­ag­er will be using SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects Pre­dic­tive Ana­lyt­ics to iden­ti­fy the right group of cus­tomers to tar­get and will be shar­ing these results with the rest of their team using SAP’s Busi­ness Intel­li­gence portfolio.

An impor­tant part of the pre­dic­tive project life­cy­cle is ded­i­cat­ed to the man­age­ment of pre­dic­tive mod­els in the long-run. SAP Pre­dic­tive Fac­to­ry makes it pos­si­ble to main­tain these key busi­ness assets at peak per­for­mance, in order to derive the best pre­scrip­tions for the busi­ness. With sched­ul­ing, it is pos­si­ble to auto­mate the man­age­ment of all the pre­dic­tive mod­els used in pro­duc­tion. In this webi­nar, sev­er­al exam­ples cov­er­ing dif­fer­ent indus­tries and use cas­es are used to illus­trate the pos­si­bil­i­ties of SAP Pre­dic­tive Factory.
