The format for Thursday, July 18, at 10 a.m. CT will include:

  • Brief welcome and kickoff from ASUG
  • Rapid case study led by ASUG member Richard Kiefer. The discussion will focus on discovering how to transition Field Service from ECC Customer Service or CRM Service to S/4HANA Customer Management
  • Sharing of recent wins or successes, along with resources utilized
