Ingalls Ship­build­ing imple­ment­ed the SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors Work­force Ana­lyt­ics mod­ule short­ly after going live with SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors Employ­ee Cen­tral in 2016. We’ll dis­cuss lessons learned from our roll­out strat­e­gy, cov­er cur­rent usage and report­ing, and show some cur­rent ana­lyt­ics and mea­sures. Ana­lyt­ics shown will be in the areas of biographical/​diversity mea­sures, tenure, and move­ment mea­sures includ­ing ter­mi­na­tions and promotions.
