Ingalls Shipbuilding implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics module shortly after going live with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in 2016. We'll discuss lessons learned from our rollout strategy, cover current usage and reporting, and show some current analytics and measures. Analytics shown will be in the areas of biographical/diversity measures, tenure, and movement measures including terminations and promotions.
