The dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion sto­ry is famil­iar to most IT orga­ni­za­tions, and the infra­struc­ture needs are fre­quent­ly well under­stood. But true suc­cess in dri­ving dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion is often less depen­dent on tech­nol­o­gy, as it is on how well the IT orga­ni­za­tion can run a dig­i­tal busi­ness, from strat­e­gy, inno­va­tion, agili­ty, and oper­a­tions, to plat­form based busi­ness mod­els.
