Through its Inte­grat­ed Work Man­age­ment (IWM) project, Puget Sound Ener­gy (PSE) is mov­ing to a more indus­try-stan­dard enter­prise asset man­age­ment solu­tion. This involves deploy­ing new soft­ware such as ClickSched­ule and the SAP Work Man­ag­er mobile app, and mod­i­fy­ing exist­ing SAP and Pow­er­Plan soft­ware. The chal­lenge was how to imple­ment IWM in time and on bud­get with­out hav­ing to mod­i­fy the 20-year lega­cy solu­tion. Learn how PSE rolled out the solu­tion to one of its busi­ness units.
