Con­ver­sa­tion is the new inter­face! Learn how cus­tomers are using SAP Con­ver­sa­tion­al AI to auto­mate their cus­tomer sup­port with smart, mul­ti­lin­gual, and always-on chat­bots, to enhance the qual­i­ty of their cus­tomer sup­port, client sat­is­fac­tion, and thus rev­enue. Omer Biran joined SAP through the acqui­si­tion of start­up Recast​.AI ear­ly 2018, and he today man­ages the SAP Con­ver­sa­tion­al AI unit of the SAP Leonar­do Machine Learn­ing port­fo­lio. With a Mas­ter of Sci­ence in IT and com­put­er sci­ence as well as a Ph.D. in math­e­mat­ics, Biran worked as soft­ware engi­neer at Intel and as solu­tion man­ag­er in Sun­Gard before join­ing Recast​.AI.
