How Cona­gra imple­ment­ed  Every Angle soft­ware, self-ser­vice ana­lyt­ics / BI plug & play add-on to SAP ( live in 3 days ) and improved its oper­a­tional and finan­cial performance.

Cona­gra, a lead­ing pack­aged food com­pa­ny with brands such as Healthy Choice, Marie Cal­len­der’s, Red­di-wip, Slim Jim, Earth Bal­ance, will be pre­sent­ing how they have been using Every Angle to have easy access and busi­ness under­stand­ing of their SAP data. Cona­gra had been using Busi­ness Intel­li­gence, but was lack­ing impor­tant infor­ma­tion need­ed to run the busi­ness smooth­ly. They need­ed to align strate­gic KPIs, Oper­a­tions PPI and Actions. Dur­ing this ses­sion, Cona­gra will explain how they man­aged to do this.

Ifad Noor, Senior Data Sci­en­tist, will present how Every Angle’s self-ser­vice busi­ness intel­li­gence appli­ca­tion gives valu­able insights in the Sup­ply Chain area. Dur­ing this ses­sion, Ifad Noor will demon­strate how trans­ac­tion­al SAP users at Cona­gra use Every Angle on a day-to-day basis to ensure they have all the key insights on what’s cross-func­tion­al­ly hap­pen­ing in their process areas, and to pro­vide Man­age­ment KPI infor­ma­tion. Top­ics cov­ered in this ses­sion are Inven­to­ry Effi­cien­cies, Freight Mon­i­tor­ing, MRP Analy­ses and Mas­ter Data checks. The ses­sion will enclose with a short demon­stra­tion to show how Every Angle can enrich data from oth­er BI tools, like Tableau & Pow­er BI, with their ODa­ta functionality.
