Rou­ven Mora­to, Senior Vice Pres­i­dent, Gen­er­al Man­ag­er, SAP Sig­navio, SAP SE 
Rou­ven Mora­to is the Gen­er­al Man­ag­er of SAP Sig­navio. As Mem­ber of the Senior Lead­er­ship Team of SAP, he is respon­si­ble to help our cus­tomers mas­ter their dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion by under­stand­ing and improv­ing their busi­ness process­es in a data dri­ven and intel­li­gent way. In his for­mer roles Rou­ven was SAP’s Chief Data and Ana­lyt­ics Offi­cer and built up our inter­nal Ana­lyt­ics and Data Man­age­ment func­tion. Pri­or to that, Rou­ven was the CFO and mem­ber of the man­age­ment board of SAP Deutsch­land AG und Co KG, as well as Region­al CFO for Mid­dle and East­ern Europe. In this role he was over­see­ing a P&L of more than 4bn EUR in rev­enue and an orga­ni­za­tion with more than 5.000 employ­ees in 15 dif­fer­ent coun­tries and was the Exec­u­tive Spon­sor for sev­er­al DAX and MDAX cus­tomers of SAP. Rou­ven start­ed his career at SAP with­in Cor­po­rate Trea­sury and held sev­er­al roles with­in the Finance area includ­ing being the Exec­u­tive Busi­ness Assis­tant to the Group CFO Wern­er Brandt. Rou­ven holds a diplo­ma degree from Uni­ver­sität Mannheim and also stud­ied at the Cass Busi­ness School in London.

Was­sil­ios leads the Cen­ter of Excel­lence (CoE) for SAP Sig­navio. With pro­fes­sion­als in mar­ket units around the globe, the CoE evan­ge­lizes the SAP Sig­navio suite, edu­cates and enables cus­tomers and part­ners to best use SAP Sig­navio suite capa­bil­i­ties to achieve their oper­a­tional and strate­gic goals and dri­ve their busi­ness transformation. 
Pri­or to his cur­rent role Was­sil­ios was lead­ing the cus­tomer val­ue expe­ri­ence team in SAP, which devel­oped and deliv­ered high­ly scal­able tools and method­olo­gies to help deci­sion mak­ers under­stand how to best use SAP to achieve their busi­ness goals. Pri­or to this, he was the head of SAP’s upgrade office in EMEA. He joined SAP in 2008 as exec­u­tive assis­tant to then exec­u­tive board mem­ber and COO, and sub­se­quent­ly led lead­ing major trans­for­ma­tion pro­grams with­in SAP.
Before SAP, Was­sil­ios served as glob­al mar­ket­ing man­ag­er with the roof­ing mate­ri­als divi­sion of French build­ing mate­ri­als pro­duc­er Lafarge (now Lafarge­Hol­cim) in Ger­many, and as prod­uct port­fo­lio man­ag­er in Italy. He start­ed his career as busi­ness con­sul­tant and project man­ag­er with Icon­Medi­al­ab in Germany. 
Was­sil­ios speaks Eng­lish, Ger­man, French, Ital­ian and mod­ern Greek flu­ent­ly. He holds a diplo­ma in busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion from Hum­boldt-Uni­ver­si­ty in Berlin, Germany.
