Fred Walther

Fred Walther is the Solu­tion Con­sult­ing Man­ag­er with APOS Sys­tems Inc., and works with a wide range of orga­ni­za­tions to plan and deploy solu­tions to their BI con­tent and BI plat­form man­age­ment chal­lenges. Fred has been work­ing with Crys­tal Reports since ver­sion 3.x, has instruct­ed many Crys­tal Reports class­es, and con­sult­ed in count­less Crys­tal Reports deploy­ments over the years. Fred par­tic­u­lar­ly enjoys work­ing with For­mu­las to get the most out of the Crys­tal Reports product.

Mark Richard­son

Mark Richard­son is a BI-focused Chief Tech­nol­o­gy Offi­cer with 17+ years of expe­ri­ence on the Crys­tal Reports 7.0 through Busi­ness Objects Enter­prise (4.2) plat­forms. Most of his prod­uct focus is on high-vol­ume Oper­a­tional and Trans­ac­tion­al report­ing solu­tions for Pub­lic and Pri­vate Sec­tor orga­ni­za­tions in US and Cana­da. Mark is the Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Chair for the ASUG Ontario chap­ter, an active mem­ber of the Ottawa and Toron­to ASUG Chap­ters, a reg­u­lar speak­er at con­fer­ences and region­al ASUG Chap­ter meet­ings, and a reg­u­lar con­trib­u­tor to the BOB and SAP Com­mu­ni­ty Net­work Forums.
