Dell Stin­nett-Christy, a Senior Man­ag­er with Pro­tiv­i­ti, per­forms SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects installs, upgrades, and migra­tions.  She also does all things SDK, includ­ing work­ing with the SAP Crys­tal Reports for .NET SDK.  She has worked with SAP Crys­tal Reports for almost 20 years and has been a Top­ic Leader in the SCN SAP Crys­tal Reports space for four years and also in the SAP Crys­tal Reports for Visu­al Stu­dio space for two years.

Mark Richard­son

Mark Richard­son is a BI-focused Chief Tech­nol­o­gy Offi­cer with 17+ years of expe­ri­ence on the Crys­tal Reports 7.0 through Busi­ness Objects Enter­prise (4.2) plat­forms. Most of his prod­uct focus is on high-vol­ume Oper­a­tional and Trans­ac­tion­al report­ing solu­tions for Pub­lic and Pri­vate Sec­tor orga­ni­za­tions in US and Cana­da. Mark is the Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Chair for the ASUG Ontario chap­ter, an active mem­ber of the Ottawa and Toron­to ASUG Chap­ters, a reg­u­lar speak­er at con­fer­ences and region­al ASUG Chap­ter meet­ings, and a reg­u­lar con­trib­u­tor to the BOB and SAP Com­mu­ni­ty Net­work Forums.
