Speaker Bio:

Robin Manherz serves as the Chief Operating Officer of SAP SuccessFactors. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the end-to-end business – along with all sales support and commercial finance activities.  Robin and her team are committed to driving strong results while transforming the way SAP SuccessFactors serves its Customers – with unyielding empathy and a relentless focus on quality execution.

Since joining SAP in 2007, Robin has held various executive and management positions.  Robin’s responsibilities and influence have extended throughout multiple areas of the organization including industry value engineering, channel management, strategic planning and execution, sales operations, and finance.  Prior to her current role, Robin was Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Operations.  In this role, she was responsible for reshaping SAP’s commercial infrastructure - including pricing, deal structuring, payment services, compensation, and revenue accounting - for the Cloud. Previously, she led North America Business Operations and Global Operations Strategy.

Prior to joining SAP, Robin held various professional and leadership positions with both JDEdwards and QAD.

Robin is a summa cum laude graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.  She, her husband and six children reside in Jacksonville, Florida. In her spare time, she is a cooking and wine enthusiast, and acts as an advocate for adoptive families and at-risk children.
