Speak­er Bio:

Robin Man­herz serves as the Chief Oper­at­ing Offi­cer of SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors. She is respon­si­ble for man­ag­ing the day-to-day oper­a­tions of the end-to-end busi­ness – along with all sales sup­port and com­mer­cial finance activ­i­ties.  Robin and her team are com­mit­ted to dri­ving strong results while trans­form­ing the way SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors serves its Cus­tomers – with unyield­ing empa­thy and a relent­less focus on qual­i­ty execution.

Since join­ing SAP in 2007, Robin has held var­i­ous exec­u­tive and man­age­ment posi­tions.  Robin’s respon­si­bil­i­ties and influ­ence have extend­ed through­out mul­ti­ple areas of the orga­ni­za­tion includ­ing indus­try val­ue engi­neer­ing, chan­nel man­age­ment, strate­gic plan­ning and exe­cu­tion, sales oper­a­tions, and finance.  Pri­or to her cur­rent role, Robin was Senior Vice Pres­i­dent of Glob­al Com­mer­cial Oper­a­tions.  In this role, she was respon­si­ble for reshap­ing SAP’s com­mer­cial infra­struc­ture — includ­ing pric­ing, deal struc­tur­ing, pay­ment ser­vices, com­pen­sa­tion, and rev­enue account­ing — for the Cloud. Pre­vi­ous­ly, she led North Amer­i­ca Busi­ness Oper­a­tions and Glob­al Oper­a­tions Strategy.

Pri­or to join­ing SAP, Robin held var­i­ous pro­fes­sion­al and lead­er­ship posi­tions with both JDEd­wards and QAD.

Robin is a sum­ma cum laude grad­u­ate of the Geor­gia Insti­tute of Tech­nol­o­gy.  She, her hus­band and six chil­dren reside in Jack­sonville, Flori­da. In her spare time, she is a cook­ing and wine enthu­si­ast, and acts as an advo­cate for adop­tive fam­i­lies and at-risk children.
