Implementing SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reports in real-world environments brings many challenges and also many opportunities for offering internal customers data analytics. At the University of Utah, we have learned from our successes and failures in rolling out an aggressive reporting strategy that has included self-service reports, embedding SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reports into other applications such as our Electronic Medical Record, and other methods. We have been able to push SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence to its limits and achieve widespread adoption.
