Con­tin­u­ous Per­for­mance Man­age­ment Influ­ence Council

Fact: Employ­ees pre­fer to get feed­back imme­di­ate­ly. That is true whether you are a mil­len­ni­al, gen‑z or baby boomer. And, so, the idea of Con­tin­u­ous Per­for­mance Man­age­ment as a sys­tem and process tool was born. Used effec­tive­ly, this SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors prod­uct holds the promise of sig­nif­i­cant change in moti­vat­ing and engag­ing your work­force. Yet, the ques­tions many are strug­gling with is exact­ly how to begin to incor­po­rate this new tech­nol­o­gy into their work­place and what exact­ly Con­tin­u­ous Per­for­mance Man­age­ment should mean as a busi­ness process, as a con­ver­sa­tion, as a com­pli­ance sys­tem, as a mea­sure­ment tool, as an input to rewards and as a per­for­mance appraisal process.
