Fact: Employees prefer to get feedback immediately. That is true whether you are a millennial, gen-z or baby boomer. And, so, the idea of Continuous Performance Management as a system and process tool was born. Used effectively, this SAP SuccessFactors product holds the promise of significant change in motivating and engaging your workforce. Yet, the questions many are struggling with is exactly how to begin to incorporate this new technology into their workplace and what exactly Continuous Performance Management should mean as a business process, as a conversation, as a compliance system, as a measurement tool, as an input to rewards and as a performance appraisal process.
