Internal Controls Think Tank: Using SAP Process Control Manual Control Performance (MCP)

This Inter­nal Con­trols Think Tank will focus on the use of Man­u­al Con­trol Per­for­mance (MCP) in SAP Process Con­trol. The inter­ac­tive ses­sion will allow com­pa­nies to dis­cuss how they are cur­rent­ly using MCPs, share issues they are expe­ri­enc­ing, and get ideas from each oth­er on how to over­come those bar­ri­ers. Addi­tion­al­ly, we hope that com­pa­nies will share their tips and tricks that they’ve found use­ful in sup­port­ing MCPs. 

The for­mat for Tues­day, April 14 at 2 p.m. CT will include:

  • How are you cur­rent­ly using MCPs? 

  • Shar­ing of issues using MCPs 

  • Shar­ing of tips and tricks using MCPs 

  • Shar­ing of recent wins or suc­cess­es, along with resources utilized
