This Internal Controls Think Tank will focus on the use of Manual Control Performance (MCP) in SAP Process Control. The interactive session will allow companies to discuss how they are currently using MCPs, share issues they are experiencing, and get ideas from each other on how to overcome those barriers. Additionally, we hope that companies will share their tips and tricks that they’ve found useful in supporting MCPs.

The format for Tuesday, April 14 at 2 p.m. CT will include:

  • Rapid case study led by ASUG member Cheryl Sharpe from Southern California Edison.
  • Manual Control Performances in SAP Process Control

  • How are you currently using MCPs?

  • Sharing of issues using MCPs

  • Sharing of tips and tricks using MCPs

  • Sharing of recent wins or successes, along with resources utilized

Insights:

  • MCP can help organizations address how to pull reports selective to certain dates.
  • Auditors especially like going to one place to get all the evidence with the reports.
  • MCP seems to be highly utilized by SAP teams serving corporate functions.

Gain visibility into the challenges and successes other SAP customers are experiencing, and acquire new ideas for real-world solutions.
