In 2019, with SAP Cloud Plat­form, Mur­phy Oil imple­ment­ed com­plex solu­tions with graph­ics for high-veloc­i­ty frac data. Fur­ther, the orga­ni­za­tion built a remote assis­tant to bridge knowl­edge gaps in its work­force and iRPA for automat­ing fore­cast­ing mod­els. Key out­comes includ­ed real-time visu­al rep­re­sen­ta­tion of drilling and com­ple­tion process, which aids rapid deci­sion-mak­ing, com­mu­ni­ca­tion across dis­ci­plines, con­sis­ten­cy, and repeata­bil­i­ty in com­ple­tions and oper­a­tions process. Efforts also led to low­er­ing oper­a­tional cost and expens­es lever­ag­ing remote assis­tant, bring­ing down oper­a­tional risks and dis­crep­an­cies in sys­tem lever­ag­ing bots, and break­ing down orga­ni­za­tion­al and data silos.
