This ses­sion of the QM web­cast series will take a deep­er dive into pro­cess­ing non-con­for­mances using SAP Qual­i­ty Noti­fi­ca­tions and SAP Qual­i­ty Issue Man­age­ment (QIM).  QM and QIM can be used for Sup­pli­er non-con­for­mances, Inter­nal Qual­i­ty Issues, Cus­tomer Com­plaints, CAPA, 8D and oth­er sce­nar­ios.  The ses­sion will cov­er a blend of stan­dard Qual­i­ty Noti­fi­ca­tion Types along with how to cus­tomize using SAP User Exits and Action box­es.  We will com­pare and con­trast SAP QIM.  We will also cov­er mobile options using SAP Fiori.
