| When Northrop Grumman, a pioneering company that solves the toughest problems in space, aeronautics, defense, and cyberspace, required a next-generation, enterprisewide business process platform, the technology of choice was SAP S/4HANA. Already on SAP HANA, Northrop needed a system able to provide ever-increasing levels of business process speed, efficiency, agility, quality, and risk management. Northrop then embarked on a structured assessment journey to uncover exactly how a move to SAP S/4HANA would deliver the tangible outcomes needed to justify business investment. In this session, Will Setiyawan will share Northrop’s vision and expected value from the SAP S/4HANA implementation, how he worked closely with the business to evaluate both brownfield and greenfield options, and what the team discovered during the process. Matthew Cordner will describe the key role HCL played supporting Northrop’s vision, due diligence, business case, and implementation planning. |
