High­ly vari­able demand for goods and ser­vices, uncer­tain sup­ply of crit­i­cal mate­ri­als, and con­strained labor and resource capac­i­ty in man­u­fac­tur­ing and logis­tics are all result­ing in crit­i­cal short­ages and inter­rup­tions to almost every facet of today’s busi­ness envi­ron­ment. As these unpar­al­leled sup­ply chain dis­rup­tions con­tin­ue, orga­ni­za­tions of all sizes are try­ing to cope and recov­er. But where do we go from here?
