Over the next 10 years Shell will trans­form its ERP land­scape to become sim­pler and agile. Shell will be mov­ing from 30 ERPs with a vari­able design to an SAP S/4HANA land­scape with mul­ti­ple instances and ten­ants shar­ing a com­mon design, which includes com­mon data def­i­n­i­tions and seam­less data flows. In this pre­sen­ta­tion, you will hear what activ­i­ties Shell has start­ed, includ­ing progress on our efforts to deliv­er a com­mon data mod­el across the ERP land­scape, our view on how we will dri­ve the imple­men­ta­tion of the data mod­el, and how we pre­pare for the data.
