This ses­sion exam­ines and demon­strates how to estab­lish the best solu­tion doc­u­men­ta­tion for your require­ments how you can effec­tive­ly increase the accep­tance of your busi­ness process struc­ture, reduce the amount of time and effort need­ed to keep it up to date and tru­ly estab­lish a sin­gle point of truth.

Heiko start­ed work­ing with SAP soft­ware (FI-AA and FI/CO) in 1994. Heiko serves as a sub­ject mat­ter expert for Finan­cial Account­ing, Busi­ness Infor­ma­tion Ware­house, Sys­tem Upgrades, and Solu­tion Doc­u­men­ta­tion with SAP Solu­tion Manager.
In Jan­u­ary of 2007, Heiko was named to the role of Chief Finan­cial Offi­cer (CFO), with respon­si­bil­i­ty for Finan­cial and Admin­is­tra­tive activ­i­ties. Since 2009 Heiko also serves as Chief Oper­at­ing Offi­cer (COO) for IBIS Amer­i­ca LLC and in 2013 Heiko was named Pres­i­dent of IBIS Amer­i­ca LLC.

Heiko is respon­si­ble for the col­lab­o­ra­tion with SAP AG and the roll out of the RBPD (Reverse Busi­ness Process Doc­u­men­ta­tion) con­tent in the US. Heiko is part of the joint devel­op­ment team, presents and demos to SAP and SAP’s cus­tomers and has the hands on expe­ri­ence to jump­start SAP Solu­tion Man­ag­er projects with Solu­tion Doc­u­men­ta­tion Assis­tant (SDA) and the RBPD con­tent pro­vid­ed with Solu­tion Manager.

Pri­or to join­ing IBIS Amer­i­ca, Heiko worked 10 years for IBIS Prof Thome AG in Wuerzburg, Ger­many and was direct­ly involved with the devel­op­ment of RBE Plus, SAP Solu­tion Man­ag­er, ByD and oth­er offer­ings of IBIS and its part­ners. Since 2004, Heiko has active­ly sup­port­ed the roll­out of RBE Plus for cus­tomers in US and Canada.
