Over the course of the first half of 2018, our ASUG community has been out there, on the road and on your computers, engaged with you on the topic “Value of SAP Support".  As a direct result of this, we have gathered your feedback and insights, and put them into this very special virtual discussion session:   What did you learn?  What can we do more of?  What were the highlights?  What can be improved?
