Abstract:

The SAP Enter­prise Sup­port Advi­so­ry Coun­cil is an open pro­gram for all SAP Enter­prise Sup­port and SAP Pre­ferred Care cus­tomers and is focused on the devel­op­ment and improve­ment of the SAP sup­port offer­ings for mak­ing them 100% aligned with the needs of our cus­tomers. By join­ing the pro­gram, cus­tomers become ear­ly adopters of the lat­est sup­port inno­va­tions and prof­it from a big­ger invest­ment from SAP’s side (e.g. experts access, workshops).
