Abstract:

The SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council is an open program for all SAP Enterprise Support and SAP Preferred Care customers and is focused on the development and improvement of the SAP support offerings for making them 100% aligned with the needs of our customers. By joining the program, customers become early adopters of the latest support innovations and profit from a bigger investment from SAP’s side (e.g. experts access, workshops).
