Dur­ing this ses­sion we will review how we uti­lized mobil­i­ty soft­ware to improve process­es in our parts ware­house. After tran­si­tion­ing the ware­house to new soft­ware, U.S. Sug­ar was unique­ly posi­tioned to piv­ot oper­a­tions and its work­force to face some of the ini­tial chal­lenges brought on by COVID-19.
