Less than half of enter­prise archi­tects con­sid­er them­selves suf­fi­cient­ly involved in SAP S/4HANA trans­for­ma­tions. This is one of the key mes­sages of LeanIX SAP S/4HANA Sur­vey 2021. We dis­cuss the val­ue and involve­ment of Enter­prise Archi­tects in the SAP S/4HANA trans­for­ma­tions based on the cus­tomer expe­ri­ence of SAP and LeanIX and try to answer why enter­prise archi­tects are not hap­py with their involve­ment and what the val­ue of mod­ern enter­prise asset man­age­ment may be for your SASP S/4HANA journey.
