 The format for Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 10 a.m. CT will include: 

•  Brief welcome and kickoff from ASUG 
• Rapid case study led by ASUG member Bob Ansaldi from Kodak. The discussion will focus on maintaining Oracle database management system (DBMS) software in SAP on Oracle environment 
• Sharing of recent wins or successes, along with resources utilized
