Beyond Com­mod­i­ty: Uti­liz­ing Hybris to Extend Cus­tomer Relationships

TXU Ener­gy ser­vices a high­ly com­pet­i­tive texas mar­ket, inorder ro extend its rela­tion­ship with it’s cus­tomers, TXUE start­ed offer­ing TXU Ener­gy prod­ucts (“Non com­mod­i­ty Prod­ucts”) and  Since TXUE exist­ing billing sys­tem was not designed for these new prod­uct offer­ing and rev­enue mod­el, it was chal­leng­ing to bill cus­tomers in a time­ly man­ner and pro­vide them with trans­paren­cy in their bills. TXU need­ed more flex­i­ble billing engine to bill the cus­tomers quick­ly and accu­rate­ly with an out-of-the-box solu­tion that inte­grates seam­less­ly with the exist­ing SAP infra­struc­ture, So TXUE has cho­sen SAP Hybris billing to pro­vide bet­ter cus­tomer expe­ri­ence and improve finan­cial metrics.
