Beyond Commodity: Utilizing Hybris to Extend Customer Relationships

TXU Energy services a highly competitive texas market, inorder ro extend its relationship with it’s customers, TXUE started offering TXU Energy products (“Non commodity Products”) and  Since TXUE existing billing system was not designed for these new product offering and revenue model, it was challenging to bill customers in a timely manner and provide them with transparency in their bills. TXU needed more flexible billing engine to bill the customers quickly and accurately with an out-of-the-box solution that integrates seamlessly with the existing SAP infrastructure, So TXUE has chosen SAP Hybris billing to provide better customer experience and improve financial metrics.
