PSE’s chief archi­tect, Joe Beer, will open this web­cast by dis­cussing PSE’s approach to Enter­prise Architecture.

He will then walk through PSE’s cus­tomer-dri­ven dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion plan­ning and road map­ping process. PSE’s vision is to trans­form the cus­tomer expe­ri­ence in such a pos­i­tive and proac­tive way that it all but elim­i­nates the need for cus­tomers to call anymore.
