SAP PM Screens are infa­mous for being over­whelm­ing. The tech­ni­cians main­tain­ing plant equip­ment and the oper­at­ing staff find it very dif­fi­cult to record their work onto SAP.The pre­sen­ta­tion will show­case how imple­ment­ing Per­sonas made the use of SAP much simplified/​optimized for these two user groups at Rust-Oleum and also out­line lessons learned.
