ASUG’s Com­mu­ni­ties team is pleased to announce the launch of CVENT Abstract Man­ag­er, com­ing Jan­u­ary 2018.

CVENT Abstract Man­ag­er will allow ASUG Chap­ters to crowd­source great con­tent with a more effi­cient and stream­lined Call for Pre­sen­ta­tions process. The new tool will be used to man­age the entire con­tent process – from Call for Pre­sen­ta­tions to Con­tent Selec­tion and Con­fir­ma­tion. Start­ing in Jan­u­ary 2018, all chap­ters will begin the move onto Abstract Man­ag­er for their Call for Pre­sen­ta­tions process. This web­cast will be designed to offer an intro­duc­to­ry overview for your reference

To help pre­pare you for this change, ASUG’s Com­mu­ni­ties team will be host­ing a Vol­un­teer web­cast for Chap­ter Chairs and their respec­tive lead­er­ship teams. Because of the scope of this tool, par­tic­i­pa­tion is manda­to­ry for at least one mem­ber of each Chap­ter lead­er­ship team.
