Vol­un­teers are invit­ed to join Dan­ny Pan­cratz, Direc­tor of Prod­uct Devel­op­ment, for updates on the strat­e­gy around Spe­cial Inter­est Groups and year-round Edu­ca­tion. This web­cast is intend­ed to pro­vide insight and trans­paren­cy into plans for the con­tin­ued evo­lu­tion and devel­op­ment of ASUG’s prod­ucts and ser­vices, pri­mar­i­ly in how they relate to your role as an ASUG Volunteer.

Dan­ny will share an update on how we define ASUG’s core mem­ber­ship prod­uct and dis­cuss its con­tin­ued evo­lu­tion. Next, Dan­ny and team will out­line oper­a­tional adjust­ments and planned enhance­ments. After updates on prod­uct direc­tion and oper­a­tions, we will pre­view the Vol­un­teer roles and respon­si­bil­i­ties planned for Vol­un­teer recom­mit­ment lat­er in the year.
