In today’s world, success is tightly connected to an ongoing process of improvement. Over the past few years, customers’ SAP Centers of Excellence (CoE) teams and enterprise architects have become essential to reducing costs and driving continuous improvement inside organizations. However, the best teams and the best enterprise architects are hindered if they can’t get the transparency they need to build their decisions on.
The evolution of such organizational IT roles has prompted SAP to introduce SAP for Me, a free digital assistant that serves as the new customer portal of SAP.
For the first time, SAP has centralized all customer-relevant information into one access point that contextualizes their purchased SAP product portfolio. Especially those in need of an overarching, holistic transparency need—like customer SAP CoE and EA teams—SAP for Me will become the preferred tool to satisfy their needs and significantly help them drive continuous improvement.
SAP for Me itself is continuously being improved based on customer feedback. The current scope includes transparency in the areas of orders, licenses, cloud consumptions, company and SAP contacts, learning, incidents, and systems. Going forward, the scope of SAP for Me is going to grow to become a true digital companion that will alert its users when necessary, provide insights to specific situations, or even recommendations for actions.
Join us to learn more about SAP for Me and the benefits that your organization can achieve. Plus, it’s free for SAP customers to use.
