SAP Trade Pro­mo­tion Man­age­ment (TPM) was sup­posed to have ​“enabled” our sales team with pro­mo­tion man­age­ment. The old UI was a bur­den and drove users back to Microsoft Excel. Our team built cus­tom apps in SAP UI5 based on SAP Fiori design prin­ci­ples. A user summed up the UX makeover: ​“It is like I upgrad­ed to a new iPhone from an old mobile.”
