Albe­mar­le Cor­po­ra­tion start­ed an Account­ing Accel­er­at­ed Clos­ing Ini­tia­tive in 2021. The results of this ini­tia­tive? Albe­mar­le Cor­po­ra­tion was able to decrease the num­ber of days to finan­cial­ly close the busi­ness each month, from 20 days to three days. Join this Think Tank to learn about crit­i­cal suc­cess fac­tors, what worked, what didn’t work, and future plans.
