This virtual event is brought to you as part of the ASUG Women Connect program. ASUG Women Connect exists to help women in SAP technology visualize and inspire success.

Success in any industry should never be dependent upon gender, but unfortunately, certain fields are still extremely male-dominated. During this panel discussion, we are going to hear from two female leaders who currently work in enterprise asset management (EAM), a field that continues to see highly-disproportionate representation.

Tune in to hear from Faye Cooper, director of asset reliability for Maple Leaf Foods, and Linda Dietzel, director of IT, supply chain and manufacturing for The Hershey Company, as they discuss the challenges they have had to overcome while working in a male-dominated industry, times they have had to forge ahead in order to try to break down barriers for others, and tips for how women in any field can try to help bridge the gap.

This conversation will take place live following our ASUG Best Practices: SAP for EAM Virtual Conference earlier in the week and will be moderated by Kelly Dowling, senior manager of enterprise for ASUG.
