On this call we will discuss seasonal planning in the consumer products industry. Whether it’s planning for demand around the summer or winter seasons, special events like the Super Bowl, Christmas, or July 4, it’s always a challenge to get the forecast right, figure out how much inventory to hold, and where to hold it and how to get to market in time.
