Convincing Your Sales Team to Use Business One Recording
Approximately 8 years ago HTRI purchased their first SAP Business One licenses and embarked on the task of converting the variety of applications, tools, spreadsheets, and other processes to all fit within the Business One landscape. Within 3 years the task was complete, well almost complete.
Core Business One did not provide the tools the sales team needed to effectively execute their job. Mobility, automation, and tools that our users expect in today’s landscape were not available. After another couple of years of no progress, the decision to purchase Hubspot licenses and integrate SAP with a mature Hubspot API was executed.
HTRI launched an integration at the end of May 2018 which includes a tool to handle reconciliation of data between the two systems as well as an extension that surfaces additional data within the Hubspot tool.
Finally, the sales staff is happy.
