Lock­box process in SAP is used to auto apply invoic­es that are sent via lock­box file with ref­er­ence to the invoice num­ber sent in the file. The invoic­es are in Applied, Post­ed on account or Unprocessed sta­tus depend­ing on the infor­ma­tion sent in the lock­box file.
