In 2011 Bentley rolled out SAP T&E to 3500 global colleagues with custom Travel & Expense workflows along with airline feeds into SAP FI. Since 2012 we did a phased migration to Concur T&E with on-line Self-Booking, Audit, Mobile, VAT/GST reclaims & Reporting for both our general travel & billable travel. We integrated Concur with SAP HR & SAP FI.
