SAP cus­tomers are nav­i­gat­ing increas­ing­ly com­plex trans­for­ma­tion ini­tia­tives that span busi­ness strat­e­gy, enter­prise archi­tec­ture, and ERP exe­cu­tion. This com­mu­ni­ty con­ver­sa­tion aims to estab­lish a roadmap for our 2026 pro­gram­ming — focus­ing on Busi­ness Trans­for­ma­tion Man­age­ment (BTM), Enter­prise Archi­tec­ture (EA), and Cloud ERP/SAP S/4HANA — while gath­er­ing your input on what mat­ters most going forward. 

Dur­ing the ses­sion, you will: 

• Reflect on the 2025 com­mu­ni­ty activ­i­ties and key inno­va­tions, high­light­ing how trans­for­ma­tion strate­gies, archi­tec­ture, and ERP exe­cu­tion are increas­ing­ly interconnected. 
• Share pro­posed con­tent approach for 2026, includ­ing planned focus areas for Q1. 
• Par­tic­i­pate in live polls and dis­cus­sions, and share pri­or­i­ties, chal­lenges, and top­ic ideas.
