We will discuss what “integrated talent management” means in terms of process design and explore the value of integrating historically silo’d HR processes.  We will address barriers to talent management integration and how to manage them.  Specific topics will include how process design helps or hinders integration, the relationship between talent integration and talent process maturity, the role technology plays in talent management integration, and how to drive adoption and effective utilization of integrated talent management methods.
