In April 2021 SDG&E went live with their Envision Digital Transformation Program, a program that is widely considered as one of the most successful digital transformation programs in the industry. In looking at the past 18 months, this session will take a look at the different phases of post-go-live activity and operational integration that has taken place that are such an important component of any transformation project and journey. The session will discuss the immediate post-go-live activity, the planning and organizational positioning that went into transitioning the program into the daily operations environment, and how SDG&E is leveraging their new digital platforms to transform how they engage with their customers.
